PRICES

Product prices are in euros (EUR). The prices in the online store include Finnish VAT. We reserve the right to price changes. Shipping is included in the prices in our online store. If you place your order in a country outside the European Union, you will be responsible for all eventual import tariffs and duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to determine the import price before placing your order.

SHIPPING

The product is delivered to the customer’s address. It is the responsibility of the customer to acknowledge receipt of the package. Havína By North Oy is not liable for delays in shipping due to force majeure. Havína By North Oy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance at destination.

RETURNS

Products ordered online can be returned within 14 days. The product to be returned must be unused and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage for returns. If you have any questions about returns please contact our customer service brand@havinabynorth.com.

COMPLAINTS

Notice of incorrect shipment or faulty product must be given within 14 days of receiving the product.
