The basis of our operations is to produce quality, respecting environmental values and sustainable development. In manufacturing our products, we favour ecological alternatives and try to avoid generating extra waste. The collection is designed and manufactured from the premise that, in accordance with the values of circular economy, the products and the value attached to them will remain in the cycle as long as possible. In our activities, we want to work towards a more sustainable society.
Not only do we design products that will stand the test of time, but it is also important to know where the materials come from. This way we can work them in the best possible way and be assured that the product is durable.
The main material in our products is Finnish birch from northern forests that we have selected for its strength and consistent quality. All the wood that we use is certified and we are able to trace its origins with 100 percent certainty.
In the details, we use vegetable tanned reindeer leather. It contains a natural binding agent that makes it one of the most durable types of leather in the world. It is also an ethical and ecological natural, Arctic material. Reindeer leathers are by-products of reindeer husbandry and the leather has been used in traditional handicrafts for centuries.
The glass products are manufactured by hand in Finland, so we can guarantee that in addition to sustainability and durability, each product is unique.
